Harley came from the SEAACA shelter! This perfect boy was one of the two longest residents of SEACCA - the other being Rico - having been picked up as strays in January. They were referred to by the shelter staff as “helper dogs,” often kenneled with fearful, stressed out dogs to help calm them down. Both boys are dog and people friendly.
Came into Second Chance at Love: April 2022.
