After being listed as “Urgent - Code Red” at Downey, Beatrix is spending her first night of freedom in a warm bed here at the Second Chance at Love ranch. A few days ago I saw this beautiful girl on the Saving Carson’s Dogs page and couldn’t get her out of my head. She’d been picked up as a stray with severe alopecia and a bad skin infection. She quickly became a staff and volunteer favorite. They gave her great care! Her skin condition turned around and now she’s just gorgeous - affectionate and gentle!
Came into Second Chance at Love: April 2022.
