This lovely girl comes to us from across the pond. She is a beautiful 8 year-old British Staffordshire Bull Terrier weighing around 40lbs.

When dog behaviorist and rescuer Cheri Lucas was the trainer for a television show called "Leader of the Pack with Cesar Millan" in Spain, she pulled Rosie from a shelter in the UK for the show. As part of the show, a wonderful English woman adopted Rosie. Sadly, due to health issues Rosie's owner could no longer care for her. She tried to find her a good home but was unsuccessful. Cheri came to the rescue, and through generous donations we were able to fly Rosie from the UK to California to join us here at Second Chance.
